Resonating Through Shared Humanity: Crafting the Hero Within
This is where the magic happens. Or at least the awkward self-reflection.
For those feeling overwhelmed by inner expectations.
Beautiful creator, you are someone who finds moments to absorb more of the world - your past, present, or futureβalways creating. I know there is a deep insecurity that builds in your heartspace. Know you are never alone. The wind, the cacophony around you - it is all for your experience and is only seen in your way, by you. It is for you and can only be metabolised and built upon by you.
The world is a construction in your mind, the day's weight a worry about not meeting your own perception of the worldβs expectation. Gorgeous child, fear not - I am here to tell you that the world itself has no expectations of you. You are a thing in its orbit. Although this may well make you question everything, it is gold with mud on it.
The gold within is that, therefore, you may have whatever expectations you wish. Yes, people react to what you do and do things of their own will, but these are not expectations of you - they are the machinations of the world. Should you have the expectation that you will forever be alone, this is within your control - not to "just change" but for a different story to tell.
It is hard to grasp, patient child, because I am sure it is hard to accept, as this belief alone does not change the world. And it doesnβtβit is simply the same truth in reverse. But it does change the way you feel and sense your inner world, slowly, not all at once.
Your inner world is mutable and unseen by the wider world. It can be shifted and changed to suit your purpose - for good or for evil. The rub is that it is only yours to control. The survival mechanisms that created it push feelings of danger when things do not meet our inner expectations. But these... these are up to us.
Again, this is gold. Do you want something different - for it to feel different? I can feel the chest tighten and feel that you do. The key here is to know that that feeling is an inner expectation itself, held with white knuckles by you, scared that it changes everything. It does - it is scary, and yet it is what your heart truly desires.
So, let yourself tell a different narrative - that you are the hero who overcomes this "impossible." You are the underdog who overcomes this inner story and feels the world differently. It is not that it "canβt be you" - it is that you are rebelliously biding your time and strength to beat this Goliath.
When you emerge - and you will - I will be there to proclaim the feeling you feel without remorse, deeply whole and one with everything you have wanted in life. Conserve, child. Conserve and grow, and you will win this life from its clutches.
